USA Shipping

We ship to the United States, US Territories (i.e.: Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.), APO addresses. Shipping prices are as follows:

$6.00 flat fee shipping - How cool is that?????

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority. Should you need your order immediately, we do offer Express service at an additional charge. You may contact us for quotes should you need to utilize this method of shipping.

Gifts and Anonymous Packages

We're always happy to ship an order as a gift. During checkout, you'll have the option of entering information in the comments, this is where you need to let me know that this will be a gift and should include the recipient’s name and address and a note if applicable. A gift tag can be included for no extra charge. No invoice will be included with gift orders so please be sure to print your order receipt as proof of your order.

We can also ship anonymous packages without any identifiable marks or information on it. We also will include a card if you so desire. You can indicate all of this information during the checkout process in the comments section.

International Shipping

International Buyers: We do ship internationally. You must check out using the Money Order button. I will send you an invoice for product only. Once your invoice is paid, I will pack up your order, calculate your shipping charges and send you an invoice for shipping charges. You will be charged for actual shipping costs plus $2.00 if you will be paying with PayPal or $4 if you will be paying with a Money Order or Cashier's Check. All payments MUST BE in US FUNDS.

Other Shipping Information

Most orders will be shipped the day after I receive payment (Monday-Saturday). Shipping delays due to vacation or illness will be posted on the Home Page. Other delays will be e-mailed directly to you. Please note that during special sales, shipping times will be a bit longer than normal. If there is a delay in shipment of any product, you will be notified.

Return Policy

Contact us immediately at Scrap-Tastic@wi.rr.com if you have received a damaged product. I will let you know if the item is returnable and supply you with a return authorization claim number and instructions. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment back to us. We are sorry, but due to the time and cost of shipments, we do not accept returns for any other reasons but damaged. Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with the same item if the item is in stock. I will pay the return shipping charges if you receive a damaged item.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final.

Inventory

You will not be able to order an item once it is out of stock, and you cannot order more than we have on hand. Although, I am human and sometimes make mistakes, I apologize if I entered any wrong numbers for in stock quantities. Also, when one or more customers are adding the same item to their carts at the same time and purchasing the last one, the inventory may not be correct, in which case, we will ship on a first order served first basis. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item that was ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item will be refunded in full.

Please don't try to trick the system so you can order more items than are in stock, I can not magically make product appear... I wish I could though ;)

Cancelled Orders

Any orders cancelled before they are shipped will incur a 15% fee.
